GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay police arrest a Michigan man in connection with an alleged hit-and-run incident.
The 18-year-old man is accused of striking a 20-year-old Green Bay man with a vehicle inside a garage in the 100 block of S. Fisk Street around 4 p.m. Sunday before driving off.
He was captured a couple of hours later at a residence in Oneida.
Witnesses also reported hearing gunshots, and a stolen handgun was recovered at the scene.
Criminal charges are pending.
The victim remains in the hospital.
