OCONTO, Wis. — An Algoma man will spend 10 years in prison for a shooting incident.
Cody Krueger is also sentenced in Oconto County Court to five years on extended supervision for aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm.
Krueger shot a man outside an Oconto residence in September of 2021.
Prosecutors claimed the shooting stemmed from the delivery of a box containing narcotics.
