OCONTO, Wis. — An Oconto Falls man is found guilty of killing a motorcyclist in a drunk driving crash.
An Oconto County jury returns the verdict against Thomas Wolf on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and OWI third offense.
Wolf collided with the motorcycle of Bart Erdman along County Highway I in the town of Oconto Falls back in July of 2022.
He faces up to 40 years in prison when sentenced on May 26.
