MANITOWOC, Wis. — A Two Rivers woman who left her kids in the car while she got her nails done will not have to spend any time behind bars.
Instead, Hannah Sprang is sentenced in Manitowoc County Court to three years on probation for three counts of child neglect.
Sprang kept her three children in a car parked outside a spa for more than an hour last July while she got her nails done inside.
The children were not hurt.
