APPLETON, Wis. — Appleton police rescue an injured deer.
In a Facebook post, the department says an officer recently found a fawn that had a leg injury.
It was taken to Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Green Bay for treatment.
Anyone who comes across injured wildlife should contact the Sanctuary.
