GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man will spend 10 years in prison for setting fire to an Ashwaubenon motel.
John Bartelt, Jr., is also sentenced in Brown County Court to 11 years on extended supervision for arson and reckless endangerment.
Bartelt started a fire in a motel room back in April of 2024 and then tried to prevent fire crews from entering to fight the flames.
