APPLETON, Wis–Appleton Police make an arrest in connection with a shooting incident at Arbutus Park. Owen Nyamhondoro of Appleton is accused of shooting another person at the park on June 7th.
Police say Nyamhondoro knew the alleged victim. Criminal charges are pending.
