TOWN OF CHASE, Wis. — One person is dead following a crash in Oconto County.
The sheriff’s office says a truck pulled out in front of a motorcycle at the intersection of Highway S and Schwartz Road in the town of Chase around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
The 39-year-old Escanaba, Michigan, man operating the bike died from his injuries. The 48-year-old Oconto Falls man driving the truck and the 25-year-old Oconto Falls man riding with him were evaluated for injuries at the scene and did not need transport.
The crash remains under investigation.
