OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh police are hoping a common activity will help prevent crime in the city.
The department is joining the National Dog Walker Watch Program, which encourages people to be on the lookout for and report suspicious activity while walking dogs.
Officer Kate Mann says residents play an important role in the department’s ability to respond to incidents……….
Mann adds that the program also helps build stronger relationships between residents and police………
