(OSHKOSH, WI) –Oshkosh Police are looking for a shooting suspect. Jay’vion Stark is wanted in connection with shots fired in the 1200 block of Titan Court around 1:50 Thursday morning. No one was hurt.
Stark has an active warrant for his arrest for probation violations. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
