OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh City Manager Rebecca Grill is taking a leave of absence. Common Council member Paul Esslinger posted on his Facebook page that Grill has fallen ill and will be away from her position for “awhile”.
According to a newsletter posted on the city’s website, Transportation Director Jim Collins and Community Development Director Sara Rutkowski will take over Grill’s duties in her absence.
