MENASHA, Wis. — Menasha residents impacted by the July 27 tornado can now access recovery information without needing the internet.
Large boards with info on Winnebago County’s resource center, building inspections and more have been placed in the hardest-hit parts of the city.

The boards are located at Hart Park, Jefferson Elementary School, the Memorial Building and the east end of Nicolet Boulevard.
