OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh shooting suspect reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Vincent Graham is convicted in Winnebago County Court on one count of first-degree reckless endangerment, while five other charges are dismissed.
Graham fired shots at a vehicle containing several teenagers along Blake Court back in March. A 15-year-old was injured in that incident.
Graham faces up to 12 1/2 years in prison when sentenced on Nov. 6.
