GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Jan. 11 trial date is set for an Appleton man accused of shooting his brother.
Long Thao is charged in Brown County Court with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession by a person with a domestic abuse injunction.
Thao allegedly shot his brother in the back during a fight in the parking lot of the Oneida Casino back in June.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
