WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. — The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in an alleged fraud case.
A man believed to be in his mid 30s reportedly used a resident’s mobile bank account to buy gift cards and other items at stores in Beaver Dam and Madison on Aug. 11.
The suspect is also accused of trying make purchases with other people’s accounts, but those transactions were declined.
