APPLETON, Wis. — An Oneida woman will spend eight years in prison for her role in the starvation of a teenager.
Kayla Stemler is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to three years on extended supervision for chronic neglect of a child and false imprisonment.
Stemler was one of four people who were living with the 14-year-old girl, who weighed just 35-pounds when rescued in August of last year.
