APPLETON, Wis–Appleton Police say alcohol was a factor in a crash that saw a car end up up-side down in a pond–and two children injured. According to a Facebook post, the car ran off a highway last weekend, went into the ditch and rolled onto its roof in shallow water.
Two children were in car seats that had not been properly installed in the vehicle. The driver and the kids were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
