OSHKOSH, Wis. — A Milwaukee man who led police on a multi-county chase in a U-Haul truck will spend 31 years in prison.
Omah Brown is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to 21 years on extended supervision for attempted theft, armed robbery, first-degree reckless endangerment and substantial battery.
Brown and Shakierra Ray tried to buy a used car from an Omro man using a fake check in July of 2024. When the owner refused to accept the check, the pair shot him before taking off in the rental truck. The police pursuit ended in Fond du Lac, with Brown ramming a police car.
