APPLETON, Wis. — A Racine man who shot and killed a person in line for a food truck in downtown Appleton reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Elliot Campbell is convicted in Outagamie County Court on a reduced count of second-degree intentional homicide.
Campbell shot Elijah Dodson of Milwaukee to death after accusing Dodson of cutting into line for a taco truck along S. Walnut Street on Christmas Eve of 2023.
He faces up to 60 years in prison when sentenced on Jan. 5.
