Appleton Health Department recommends indoor masking for everybody

The Appleton Health Department now recommends all people–regardless of their vaccination status–wear face masks inside public places. The suggestion follows the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control that argues mask wearing is effective in stopping the spread of the Delta variant. The recommendation does not carry the force of law–and private businesses are able to set their own masking policies.
