A member of the Appleton Common Council is accusing the school district of abusing children. Alder Sheri Hartzheim has called a 5:00 press conference for today (Monday) outside the school district offices to lay out her accusations. Hartzheim claims A-A-S-D staff are verbally abusing children that are not conforming with the requirement to wear a mask in all school buildings.
