The number of new coronavirus cases in Wisconsin goes back above three-thousand. The state Department of Health Services reports 3,075 positive tests on Thursday. The positivity rate dropped slightly to 7.5%. There were an additional 19-deaths. Outagamie and Waushara counties each reported two deaths. Fond du Lac County had one.
Brown County saw 131 new cases. Winnebago County was up by 101. Outagamie County had 74 new cases–while Calumet County reported 21.
