The Racine Street Bridge in downtown Menasha is now closed to traffic. The D-O-T is building a new span just east of the current bridge–but that is not yet able to take traffic. The old bridge will be demolished over the next few weeks. The next phase of the project will include the construction of roundabouts at the ends of the new bridge at Main and Ahnaip streets next spring.
