The trial of a Kaukauna murder suspect is delayed indefinitely. The attorney for Dontae Payne has withdrawn from the case–just a month before the scheduled November 9th trial date. Payne and Tanya Stammer are accused of shooting Brian Porsche to death at a West Division Street home back in March during an alleged drug robbery. Both are charged in Outagamie County Court with Being Party to First Degree Intentional Homicide. Stammer is also awaiting trial.
