The trial for a Missouri man accused of killing two Shawano County brothers is being pushed back to February of next year.
The attorneys for Garland Nelson asked for the delay so they can better prepare their defense. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
Nelson is accused of killing Nick and Justin Diemel of Bonduel. The brothers went to Nelson’s farm in Missouri to collect on a debt and were never seen again.
