Creamsicle Fluff
- 1 small box orange Jell-O
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 – 8oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 -14 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
In a large bowl combine orange Jell-O and boiling water. Mix well to dissolve and then add cold water and stir. Chill for 15 -20 minutes. Whisk in vanilla pudding mix until smooth and chill for another 10 minutes until it becomes thickened. Fold in Cool Whip, oranges and marshmallows. Chill until set, about an hour.
Super Moist Pudding Cake
- 1 Box white or yellow cake mix
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 small box instant pudding – any flavor
- Frosting:
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Blend cake mix, water, egg whites and instant pudding for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a 9” x 13” greased pan and Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
For frosting: Blend softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour in Cool Whip and blend until creamy. Spread onto cake. Top with sprinkles, baking chips, crushed candy bars and/or nuts.
