GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police are involved in a standoff on the city’s west side. Officers have surrounded a house along the 700-block of Ridge Road and have demanded someone come out and surrender.
Nearby Franklin Middle School has been placed on a “soft lockdown”–with classes continuing as normal. Students will be dismissed as normal as well.
