OSHKOSH, Wis–An Oshkosh woman accused of fighting with officials at Merrill Middle School is heading to trial. Charlotte Fletcher waives her right to a preliminary hearing in Winnebago County Court on one count of Battery to School District Officers.
Fletcher came with a group to Merrill in March after her daughter was disciplined for engaging in a playground fight. School officials initially refused to let the group in the building, but they were able to enter as the girl was being released. Fletcher allegedly attacked two administrators and the school’s police resource officer. No trial date has been set.
