GREEN BAY, Wis–A psychologist believes a Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering a man is not mentally competent to stand trial. The doctor claims Taylor Schabusiness is not able to understand the proceedings, as she is tried for First Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilation of a Corpse, and Third Degree Sexual Assault.
State doctors will re-examine Schabusiness again before her July 21st trial date. Judge Thomas Walsh is expected to rule on whether Schabusiness will stand trial, or if the proceeding will be delayed.
