OSHKOSH, Wis. — An escapee from the Drug Abuse Correctional Center in Oshkosh is back in custody.
Brian Esser slipped out of the minimum security facility around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. He was taken back into custody about an hour later in the area of Highway 76 and Interstate 41.
Esser is serving a sentence for Possession of Cocaine and Narcotics.
