GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police are investigating a large-scale retail theft incident.
Three women reportedly stole thousands of dollars of makeup from C-V-S and Walgreen’s stores in Green Bay, Allouez, and Ashwaubenon on September 21st and 22nd.
