KAUKAUNA, Wis–Kaukauna Utilities says notices about water quality being mailed to customers is not coming from them. The postcard claims that technicians are trying to test city and well water, but could not gain access to a residence, and telling homeowners to call a phone number within 72-hours.
Kaukauna Utilities says the notices are coming from a private company looking to sell people water treatment systems.
