ONEIDA, Wis. — A fourth person is charged in connection with the alleged neglect and starvation of a 14-year-old girl in an Oneida home.
Melissa Goodman is facing counts of child neglect with a consequence of great bodily harm in Outagamie County Court. Three other residents of the home — Walter Goodman, Savanna LeFever and Kayla Stemler — were charged earlier this week.
According to investigators, After a 911 call about the girl’s condition in August, first responders found the child weighed just 35 pounds and was bedridden.
All four suspects face up to 100 years in prison if convicted.
