APPLETON, Wis. — A former Neenah police officer will spend three years in prison for trading child pornography on the internet.
Owen Halls is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to five years on extended supervision for possession of child porn.
Halls was arrested in March following an investigation into his online activities by the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
He served with Neenah police from March of 2024 until his arrest.
