APPLETON, Wis. — A mistrial is declared in the case of an Appleton shooting suspect.
Ferris Robinson was on trial this week in Outagamie County Court on charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and being a felon in possession of a firearm when Judge Mitch Metropulos declared a mistrial and dismissed the jury.
Robinson is accused of shooting a man during a large disturbance in the 500 block of W. College Avenue back in November of 2023.
