OSHKOSH, Wis–Winnebago County prosecutors have reduced the charge against a former Neenah Y-M-C-A employee accused of giving children nutritional supplements without their parents’ permission. Annalee Nitz is now facing one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Originally, Nitz was charged with one count of misdemeanor Child Neglect. She is accused of giving melatonin to kids at the Neenah Y’s Child Development Center last fall.
Nitz will enter a plea to the new charge on June 18th.
