MADISON, Wis. — The former Human Resources director for Outagamie County will spend 10 years in prison for trading child pornography on the internet.
Adam Westbrook is also sentenced in Madison federal court to 20 years on supervised release.
Westbrook was arrested in September of 2024 after bringing a boy to a Sauk County hotel to film sexual activity.
Westbrook was found to be a member of an online child porn ring that included a former Racine County sheriff’s deputy and two Menasha men.
