APPLETON, Wis. — A new lease is finally in place for the operation of the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
The Appleton Common Council approves the five-year deal with Driftwood Hospitality Management, the owners of the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel.
Mayor Jake Woodford says the new lease creates a savings fund for future upkeep of the expo………

The previous lease between the city and Driftwood expired at the end of last year but was extended several times.
