GREEN BAY, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed in connection with a shooting at the Oneida Casino.
Long Thao is facing counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Thao allegedly shot his brother during a confrontation in a parking ramp adjacent to the casino early Saturday morning.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
