FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed in connection with a fatal weekend crash in Fond du Lac County.
Dakota Krueger is facing counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and causing injury by operating while under the influence.
Krueger allegedly ran a stop sign along County Highway V in the town of Auburn Sunday morning and collided with another vehicle. The 68-year-old Kewaskum woman driving the other car was killed, while a 16-year-old girl riding with her was injured.
Krueger faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
