OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are trying to find the parents of a non-verbal girl found on the streets. The child, believed to be 10 to 12-years old, was found wandering near Jackson Street and Murdock Avenue.
Anyone with information on the child should contact Oshkosh Police.
