APPLETON, Wis–An Oneida woman that took part in the starvation of a teenage girl will spend 15-years in prison. Melissa Goodman is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to ten years on extended supervision for two counts of Chronic Neglect of a Child Causing Harm and False Imprisonment.
Goodman, her husband–who is the girl’s father–and two other women were in a home where a 14-year old girl that weighed just 35-pounds was found in August of last year. She is the first of the four to be sentenced in the case.
