GRAND CHUTE, Wis. — Grand Chute is the latest area municipality to adopt a wheel tax.
Residents will pay an extra $30 per registered vehicle starting in January.
The money is earmarked for road repairs and other transportation-related expenses.
The wheel tax is estimated to generate $621,000 a year for the town.
