OSHKOSH, Wis. — A former Oshkosh man who stole from a theater group accepts a deferred prosecution deal.
If Justin Drabek stays out of further legal trouble for 18 months, one count of theft in a business setting will be dismissed.
Drabek embezzled $16,000 from the Oshkosh Community Players organization while serving as treasurer last year.
Court records show that Drabek has paid restitution to the group.
