APPLETON, Wis–Appleton Police are getting fed up with the actions of some electric bike and e-motorcycle riders in the city. A Facebook post shows a group of young riders doing stunt riding, blocking vehicular traffic, and harassing drivers.
APD points out that some of those vehicles are illegal for street operation. They encourage parents to know what type of e-bike they are giving their children and the restrictions that are placed on them.
