FOND DU LAC, Wis–The execution of a search warrant on a Fond du Lac man’s house turns up human remains–and tributes to a notorious grave robber. Benjamin Larson was arrested earlier this month in connection with the alleged stalking of a Madison woman that he used to date 13-years ago.
A search of his home reportedly turned up six human skulls, partial skulls, a jawbone, and other assorted bones in a glass casket. Detectives also found items from the grave of Ed Gein, bottles labeled as containing various poisons, and a silicon female doll in a bed with a picture of the alleged stalking victim above it.
Investigators believe the bones may be those of Native Americans buried centuries ago, but forensic testing is being conducted.
If convicted on the stalking charge, Larson would face up to three years in prison.
