APPLETON, Wis. — More improvement work will be done over the winter at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
The city of Appleton has approved $985,000 for installation of additional soundproofing panels inside the main exhibit hall.
Facilities director Tom Flick says this will address a major complaint from users of the Expo Center…………….
Flick adds that the project will only cover a third of the space……………..

Appleton is using American Rescue Plan Act funds for the Expo Center project. City officials hope to install the additional soundproofing to the rest of the building when funds become available.
