Neighbors of the Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove say they’ve been worried about the crowd at the annual “Larry’s Fun Fest” for the past several years.
Three Illinois men were shot and killed during the event on Sunday, and Kenosha County sheriff David Beth says they were gang members.
One neighbor says the crowds have gotten progressively scarier.
Beth says until this year there have been no gang-related problems at the event.
The shooter is still on the loose.
