Oshkosh Police arrested a third suspect today for a July shooting.
An 18-year-old male was taken into custody on charges of first-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery, both as party to crime.
The shooting occurred on Hobbs Avenue. Police arrested Daniel Billings and another man yesterday in connection with the incident.
