A crash in Winnebago County sent a man from Dane County to a hospital and under arrest for his ninth OWI.
State Patrol says 46-year-old Larry Eldridge crashed into a concrete wall on I-41 North at Prospect Avenue.
The trooper says she found Eldridge unconscious, without a seatbelt.
She also found open bottles of alcohol.
Eldridge was driving on a revoked license.
